Notice of transfer of Engineering Business

In order to further strengthen the group's business platform, Swing Corporation has transferred Engineering Business to the newly established Swing Engineering Corporation by means of company split effective on November 1st, 2018.

Swing Engineering Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Swing Corporation, has taken over the assets, liabilities, contractual status and other rights and obligations deemed necessary to completely perform the succeeding businesses.
