Notice of transferred a Vietnamese subsidiary to a local company

Swing Corporation (President: Tetsuji Nakagawa) hereby announces that, on November 27, 2020, the equity interest (100%) of its subsidiary "Swing Water Vietnam Corporation" in Vietnam has been transferred to a local company HTC Engineering & Construction.
For the time being, the company name of Swing Water Vietnam Corporation will continue to be used, although there is no capital relationship with our Company (Swing Corporation).
