Notice of transfer of a Chinese subsidiary to a Japanese company

Swing Corporation (President: Tetsuji Nakagawa) hereby announces that, on January 20, 2023, the equity interest (100%) of its subsidiary "Swing Shanghai Engineering Co., Ltd." in China has been transferred to a Japanese company Nomura Micro Science Co., Ltd. The company name of Swing Shanghai Engineering Co., Ltd will be used until change of registration.
